I am currently living in Sebring, FL. I moved to Spring Hill, FL in 1999 after retiring from elementary teaching for 30 years in Mississippi. I moved to Sebring in 2001 after marrying the most wonderful man in this world, Lee Campbell.
After receiving my B. S. in Education from Delta State University, I taught in Pascagoula, MS for five years. The remaining twenty-five were done in Kosciusko, MS. The last twenty-three were teaching the second grade. I received a Master's in Education from MS State University in 1976.
I have one beautiful daughter, Christi, 26, who lives in Sebring and is a deaf interpreter for our school system. She is not married but I keep waiting for the right Man to appear in her life, so I can have beautiful grandchildren.
I am currently employed as a Media Specialist in a local elementary school, receiving that certification in 2004. I was previously a remedial reading teacher and a Reading Coach. For a brief period, I was a real estate agent and had lots of fun doing that; however, Lee has had some heart problems and finding an insurance agency to cover him was difficult. So back to the school system I went. One could say I am a lifelong learner!
Lee is currently a realtor dealing primarily with commercial properties. For many years, he owned a plastic injection molding company. We enjoy living in Sebring, which has many lakes (27 in our immediate area). Fishing is our favorite pastime!
