I am a legal secretary with a law firm in Jackson, MS.  Working and spending time with my grandsons takes most of my time.  I may retire in another year and find that time for hobbies and interests I used to enjoy.  I have 2 PRECIOUS grandsons, ages 8 and 9 and three children, 2 girls and 1 son - all live in this area and I see them frequently.

I moved from Clinton the summer after 8^th grade.  Crying all the way!!  Moved to Batesville where I graduated from high school – South Panola High. Lived in Batesville though college and until married in 1971. Other than 3 yrs. in Jackson, TN and 3 years overseas while husband was in the navy, I have lived in the Jackson and now Ridgeland area. 

Graduated from Miss. State with degree in education - GO DAWGS!!  I taught school for 8 yrs. - first year after college in Atlanta, then 2 years in the Caribbean military school system where stationed with husband in the navy, then Hinds Co. Public Schools and finally in Jackson, Tennessee Public Schools.  That was enough!! After moving back to Jackson, MS, I stayed home raising children and working a few part-time jobs.  After my husband died, i went back to full-time work first with a venture capital firm that closed and since have been with this law firm for 15 years.  Looking forward to retirement in about a year.
