James Jemison

Buddy graduated from Mississippi State.  He had one son, who preceded him in death at age 23. 

After college, he started working for the State of Mississippi and went to work on Gov. Winter's staff. It was while working there that he met Ray Mabus.  Buddy stayed with Ray Mabus when he ran for State Auditor and continued as his Executive Assistant when Ray was Governor.

Buddy had his own plane, and he also enjoyed scuba diving and sky diving.

Buddy passed away in his sleep from a heart attack at the young age of 43.
