I'm still married to Wayne Hodges 42 years. I met him in Ripley, MS when I was living with my cousin and going to school at Blue Mountain College for the summer and then Northeast MS Junior College (now Northeast MS Community College) in Booneville, MS. Then I went back to Nursing school, and graduated as a Registered Nurse when I was 27. Soon we moved to Corinth where Wayne had been teaching school for 3 years. Wayne and I opened a Print Shop and stayed in printing together for 16 years. He is now the Pressroom Forman for The Daily Corinthian, and I have retired a little early because of my health.

Our sons, Nathan, born in 1972, and Greg, born in 1980, are hard workers and will do anything for their children.

Nathan married Jo Parker from Biggersville, MS, and they have 2 children, Aubrey, 16, and Ross, 12, and all live in Corinth close to me. Aubrey is active in the Tennessee High School Rodeo Assoc., team roping, calf roping and goat tying. She has also been Queen of her Sophomore year and now Junior year of rodeo. Last year she competed with 48 other state queens in the National H.S. Rodeo Queen Competition and won 14th. Ross is beginning to show interest in rodeo, but is looking forward to Football right now! They are both straight A students at Kossuth High School.

Greg married Candi Elrod Jan 5, 2002. Feb 15, 2003, Candi had our granddaughter Faith while Greg was on the ship to the Persian Gulf. He spent 5 years in the Marines including two tours to the middle east, one during "Shock and Awe" in the Persian Gulf and one to Kandahar, Afghanistan. After an Honorable Discharge he came home and now lives in Gainesboro, GA. He and his first wife have divorced, but he gets his daughter every other weekend, has a new girlfriend, and is happy as a clam. Faith will be in 2nd grade at White Co. Elementary School.

My Mom, and brothers, David, Alan, and Tim still live in Clinton and I visit there as much as possible, especially since my Dad and my Sister died. My sister Jane, lives in Lincoln, Nebraska. All my siblings have beautiful families.
